This campus offers several FREE services for both students and the community.

We are here to help you reach all your educational and career goals!

*Lactation Room* – This can be found next to Public Safety in Room 357. This room contains a small refrigerator, comfortable seating, and calm lighting.

Academic Advising

Let one of our advisors help you create a class schedule that fits your lifestyle.

No appointment is needed, but you may want to set up an appointment to ensure the most efficient use of your time.

Advisors are inside the Student Services Offices, at the front of the campus by the main entrance, room 400.

Bookstore

Our bookstore has everything you need to succeed, from textbooks and calculators to hoodies and snacks!

Contact them directly for current hours of operation or to see about textbook rentals and returns.

Career Services/WIOA

WIOA helps individuals who qualify, to pay for their education and training.

Career Services can help with all things career readiness including job applications, resumes, and interview prep.

Appointments are preferred.

Disability & Access Center

Disability and Access Services

The Disability & Access Center (DAC) collaborates with students, faculty, staff, and the community to create an accessible environment for you!

The DAC can help you set up accommodations such as assistive technology, longer test times for tests, seating arrangements, and more.

DAC is located in the Student Services area, room 424. Hours may vary so appointments are preferred.

Financial Aid

Filling out financial aid can be a challenge. Let us help!

Financial Aid, Veteran Services & Student Employment is located in the Student Services Office, near the front of the campus by the main entrance, room 400.

Food Service

We have 88 China delivered on Mondays!

Come check out food services in The Commons Monday-Thursday.

At this time, they are cash only, but there is an ATM on site.

Library

The library has everything you need from a quiet study space to do homework or to work on a puzzle to fun events like stress relief therapy dogs!

SWGCC has a large two-story library with tons of resources for your class or personal interests!

Public Safety

Public Safety ensures this campus is safe and secure 24/7.

They also distribute your campus I.D. card and FREE semester-long Metro bus pass!

Success Center

Need help with homework or nervous about that upcoming test? Let our tutors and success coaches help!

They also offer learning boot camps to help students get a jump start on subjects like math and chemistry.

Stop in today for help and a quiet place to work on those tough homework problems!

Testing Center

Take your college placement test or make up a missed test from class!

The Testing Center provides instructional, placement, and specialized testing such as ATI TEAs entrance exam and FAA certification exams.

Instructional and specialized exams should be scheduled 24 hours in advance. All placement tests are offered on a walk-in basis.

TRIO SSS

TRIO SSS (Student Support Services) helps program participants overcome barriers!

Such as financial, social, cultural, and other barriers to their success in college by providing support through mentoring, laptop loans, textbook assistance, and more!

TRIO SSS also provides for their students FREE printing services, access to their own computer lab, career resources, field trips, and more!

Wellness, Counseling & The Zen Den

Anyone can hang out in the Zen Den to decompress or relax with some calming strips, coloring pages, or fidget toys!

Online counseling is available through Timely Care as a FREE service for all students!
