Event Policy and Required Paperwork
All club events must be pre-approved by the College Activities Office.
Download the Event paperwork packet and submit to the College Activities Office at least three (3) weeks prior to event date.
Travel Policy and Required Paperwork
All club travel must be pre-approved through the College Activities Office.
Download the Travel paperwork packet and submit to College Activities Office at least four (4) weeks prior to travel.
Special Event Guidelines
Bake Sale Guidelines
Bake sales must be approved three (3) weeks prior to date requested.
College Activities will only approved one (1) bake sale on any given date.
Bake sale items must be individually wrapped with the exception of those items purchased, i.e., Krispy Kreme donuts, cupcakes from a store or bakery, etc., in which case Bake Sale workers must wear food safe gloves and use proper serving utensils to serve items. No self-service is allowed. Any questions, see College Activities Office staff for assistance.
IMPORTANT: This Bake Sale Notice must be clearly displayed indicating items were made in a home kitchen where allergens are present.

Bulletin Board Posting Guidelines
All bulletin board postings must be approved by the College Activities Office.
Club event fliers must be made on approved templates or created by SWIC PI&M designers.
Download the Flier & DMS Request and submit to College Activities Office for processing.
Electronic Posting Guidelines
All digital message screens must be created by PI&M.

Club Webpage and Social Media Guidelines
Clubs may set up and maintain their own webpage with the following guidelines:
- Must have Sponsor/College Activities oversight; webpage URL must be on file in College Activities.
- Must include a link to the SWIC disclaimer message https://www.swic.edu/nosearch/socailmedianotice.html.
- Must not use the SWIC logo
