    About Unofficial Transcripts

    Unofficial transcripts can be obtained for any student who attended Southwestern Illinois College (previously Belleville Area College) from the Fall 1981 through the present on the eSTORM student center. 

    Please Note:  If you have an outstanding financial obligation to Southwestern Illinois College, you will not be able to access your student records via eSTORM until your outstanding obligation is fulfilled.

    An unofficial transcript is an uncertified copy of the student’s academic record.

    Login to your eSTORM account.

    Click the Academic Records tile:

    Click the View Unofficial Transcript link on the left.

    Select your Report Type and click the Submit button.
