    This report documents alleged incidents of sex discrimination and sex-based harassment
    (including quid pro quo sexual harassment, hostile environment harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, and sexual exploitation).

    Filing this report does not constitute filing a formal complaint.
