IRS Transcript Request
Visit the IRS website to view and download your IRS transcript request. The transcript is a summary of your tax return and is called a tax return transcript. Click on the ‘Get Your Tax Record’ button. Students and parents can access personal tax records online or by mail, including transcripts of past tax returns, tax account information, wage and income statements, and verification of non-filing letters. You must verify your identity to use this tool. You also may use ‘Get Transcript by Mail’ or call 1-800-908-9946, and the IRS transcript request will be delivered to your address of record within five to 10 days.
